2015 Ford Edge Technical Service Bulletins

182 technical service bulletins (TSBs) are on record for the 2015 Ford Edge. TSBs are notes manufacturers send to dealers about repair procedures for issues seen in the field. They are not recalls and do not by themselves mean a vehicle has a fault.

• 10091201Jul 7, 2016Engine, Fuel system. Some 2015-2016 edge and 2016 mkx vehicles equipped with a 2.7l ecoboost engine and built on 10/29/2015 and through 4/1/2016 may exhibit a knocking/tapping noise that can be heard in the fuel feed tube that attaches to the high pressure fuel pump on the engine. This may be due to a loose check valve located in the fuel feed tube. Follow the tsb service procedure steps to correct the condition.

This may be due to the C-pillar body sheet metal rubbing on an interior panel and/or a metal tab on the roof opening frame in the grab handle area rubbing on the C-pillar body panel.
