“The vehicle was involved in a frontal collision, and the air bags failed to deploy, the driver was injured. Prior to impact the consumer attempted to avoid the accident. The drivers body was tossed to the left onto the door and the seat belt became unlatched. As a result the consumer was not properly restrained and hit the windshield.”

Went across 3 lanes of traffic & hit passenger front & sides (Explorer). Vehicle rolled 3 times. Air bag failed to deploy. Driver had seat belts on, but was hospitalized. Suffered injuries. Vehicle was totaled.”
