“Light bulb attached to transmission placement window in console, detaches and burns other wires and what ever else it can inside console, then burns through side of console releasing smoke into cab of vehicle ,in the end you have an extra light sticking out the side of the console between the drivers seat.”

I can bump the dash and it goes out, but comes back on. With this I do not have any dash lights at night. It has been in the shop twice for this and not been fixed. I bought extended warranty for these type things and paid a $100 deductible. It is very dangerous to drive at night without dash lights. Any suggestions?”
