“The contact owns a 2013 Ford F-250. While driving approximately 60 MPH, the vehicle's front end wobbled uncontrollably. The contact stated it felt as if he were losing control of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the wheels and rotors were the cause of the wobble and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle lost components that needed to be tightened. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. …”

The contact stated while driving approximately 55 MPH the vehicle experienced severe vibration in the front end of the vehicle making it difficult to control. The contact also stated that while applying the brakes to stop the vehicle it would drift to the right or left making it difficult to keep the vehicle in the lane. The failure was diagnosed by the dealer and the contact was informed that the front wheel bearings were faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the defect. …”
