“While driving at approximately 45 MPH when I heard a loud pop and something fly up and hit the undercarriage of my vehicle. I applied the brakes and the brake pedal went to the floor and I had no brakes whatsoever. This caused me to then roll uncontrollably through a red light barely missing an oncoming vehicle. I was then able to change lanes and roll to a stop in a nearby parking lot. When I came to a slow enough speed I shifted the vehicle to neutral and then park to come to a complete stop. …”
