“The contact owns a 2019 Ford F53. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle drove over a bump in the roadway and started shaking significantly, from side to side. As a result of the failure, the contact depressed the brake pedal to diminish the wobbling of the vehicle. The contact stated that the failure recurred without warning. The dealer was notified of the failure and the vehicle was towed to the dealer. The vehicle had not yet been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was provided a case number. …”
