“The contact rented a 2007 Ford LCF 450 SERIES u-haul. While parked on an incline with the parking brake applied, the vehicle slipped out of gear and rolled backwards. The contact parked the vehicle again to make sure that it had actually been in park with the parking brake applied. The failure recurred. The contact was not sure of the year of the u-haul, but was informed that it was new. U-haul bought two 4'6 blocks and advised the contact to use them to stop the vehicle from moving. No other vehicle information was available.”
