“I was stopping at a stop sign at the corner of rosedale & gwynns falls, baltimore maryland when I was struck in the rear by a mini van. The impact was very hard,the 2007 experdition I was driving suffered little damage,but the mini van looked to be a total loss. I suffered head,neck and back injuries. I had a concussion which was caused by dangerously hard head restraint. The accident was on march 18,2007 and my head still hurts very much this 26th day of march.”
