Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I own a 2002 hurricane rv with 29,000 miles and a Ford v10motor. The engine locked up with absolutely no warning. Landers Ford in little rock says that it needs a new motor but they are having my warranty (3 years 36,000 miles) denied because my oil is dirty. It has been there since may 30. Nothing has been sone to correct this problem.”
