2021: “When I start up the car, and the temperature is below 50 degrees, the pre-collision assist is not available, the park aid malfunctions and the blind spot detection with cross traffic is inoperative....the alerts are on the dash, and come as alerts to my phone. The car can still be driven. My car has been at the service department at the dealership since march 16, and I have no word on when it will be returned. This has happened 2/26, 2/27, 3/2, 3/4, 3/5, 3/6,3/7,3/10 and 3/12. …”
NHTSA complaint #11404729, filed 2021-03, 100 miles2022: “Parking brake malfunction indicated. Ford CSP 22P31 covers repair of the issue for vehichles with a manufacture date before 3/15/22. My vehicle reached the US on 6/22/22. Ford has offered to cover a small part of the repair, but won't include me in the fix due to manufacture date. So Ford ended the program, NEVER FIXED THE ISSUE, and now won't offer to repair my car.”
NHTSA complaint #11725195, filed 2026-032023: “The vehicle sends an alert “STOP SAFELY NOW” and starts jerking and shutting down. I have reported to Ford and me local dealership. No one seems to have an explanation as to why this is happening. It doesn’t register in the vehicle logs as an alert. I’m afraid one day I won’t have the ability to pull over. Mt vehicle is a 2023 AWD SELECT MACH E.”
