2016 Ford Mustang Lane departure Problems

“Under NHTSA recall 22V082. Ford refused to change the rear view camera despite it was under recall: The recall states to replace wiring harness and or camera replacement if necessary free of charge. My rear view camera is still distorted after they change the wiring harness and they told me to pay for the camera since its not covered under the recall. the letter that I got has the same recall number above but it didn't mention replacing the camera even though it has the same issue on the recall distort image when backing up. …”
