“The contact’s husband owns a 2010 Ford Ranger. The contact stated that the driver’s side seat belt was retracted and damaged. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the seat belt needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the seat belt was replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 65,952.”
