The contact was driving approximately 55 MPH and was having difficulty seeing the roadway over the steering wheel because he was not positioned high enough. He stated that the manufacturer should elevate the seat cushion higher for smaller statured consumers. The dealer replaced the seat cushion yet the contact still was unable to adequately see the roadway. The front headrest was also designed at a very high position. In addition, the contact stated that the clock illumination was not visible. The VIN was unavailable. …”
