“The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the vehicle slid on black ice and rolled down a hill. The driver seat back pushed forward trapping the driver, and caused minor injuries. A police report was taken. The vehicle was towed to the tow yard and later deemed totaled by the insurance company. The dealer was not contacted.”
