“Consumer called complaining about driver's seat falling back. The seat bolt broke and multiple teeth in the reclining mechanism broke. Manufacturer and dealer were contacted, and stated that there was no assistance or warranty that could cover this problem.”

I just got a ticket for not proper restraints for my 3 and 4 yr olds that were in their jump seats (buckled in) .. I've tried putting a carseat back there and all it did was flop around.. It is safer for my kids without the carseat then with it. My wifes car has carseats in there but we work different hours and cannot switch vehicles when I need to go somwhere whitch is rare because I don't like them riding without proper restraints. I dont feel I should have to pay a ticket for looking out for my childrens best interest..”
