Example complaints

Other or unknown: “I was towing a small enclosed trailer behind my RV. The trailer is less than allowed weight allowed for the vehicle including tongue and GVW. The trailer had one golf cart inside of it. About 4 hours into my trip, i was making a left turn and the frame to the RV split at the manufacture installed hitch. The hitch is still bolted to the frame with 3 bolts on each side. The hitch then bent downward at a 45 degree angle causing the ball and trailer coupling to pry apart and allowing the trailer to drop to the road and drag. …”

Brakes: “At 60mph, the Service Advancetrac warning message comes on, along with the ABS and Traction Control warning lights. Cruise control is then inoperable as is Hill Start Assist. The problem persists even after extended periods of the vehicle being shut off, and immediately returns when 60mph is achieved. Multiple attempts to repair at the Ford dealership have failed, and the Ford Commercial Truck Center said this problem may take a few months to remedy if at all should they take it in for more service. …”
