2018: “My car has been recalled pursuant to NHTSA recall number 19v-538. Despite making four separate attempts, I have been unable to get Genesis to perform the recall. The dealership from which I purchased the car has gone out of business. I have contacted the manufacturer twice, but despite promises, they have been unable to perform the necessary repair.”

2017: “On 06/10/2017 we purchased a G90 Genesis from south charlotte hyundai at 8525 south blvd charlotte nc. The team was very convincing about the quality of the vehicle & the 10-year warranty. The car was a very expensive car costing $74,678.47, but we were assured it was the best car & warranty in the business. We starting to have crash sensors going off even at times when no other cars were even near the car. …”

2023: “Seatbelt disengage on its own. I noticed my seatbelt disengaged the other day while I was in a drive thru. I was not driving at the moment I was waiting in the line. I know the seatbelt had been latched prior to it unlatching. I mentioned it to my husband and he said the same thing recently happened to him. Upon research I noticed this may be common with Hyundai.”
