“The windshield cracks and chips very easily. Long crack lines develop after windshield obtains a small chip from a small rock. This is the third windshield replacement in a year’s time. Windshield is too thin and could create a dangerous situation. Reported to my auto insurance company. Other Genesis GV 70 owners have reported similar problems”

The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed that the windshield had cracked at the bottom without impact. The contact stated that the crack had progressively expanded. The dealer and the manufacturer were not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000.”
