“This happened in an Enterprise rental car. Now I will be fighting against loss of rental and rental damages to car my insurance company provided because of a claim on my personal vehicle. I was driving northbound 270 merging onto westbound 64 in St. Louis, Mo, when the back windshield spontaneously exploded. I thought it was a gunshot, checked my body for damage; none found. Looked in my rear view mirror and saw the entire back windshield was completely cracked.”

Additionally, the contact stated that while driving 30-40 MPH, the defroster failed to engage as intended, causing the windows to become foggy. The contact pulled over to the side of the road to wipe the windows. The contact stated that the failure persisted while driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the vehicle could not be serviced because there were 25 other vehicles of the same model year that were ahead of the vehicle for the same failure. …”
