2025 Genesis GV70 Fuel system Problems

“My vehicle failed while in motion. I lost power to the vehicle and power steering. Just before the car failed, I heard a pop and a warning light came on that said Check Electric Vehicle System . The car's ICCU failed and caused failures of the battery and 12v battery. My safety and everyone on the road around me's safety was put at risk when I lost the ability to accelerate or use power steering. The car was towed to a dealer and the dealer confirmed the issue. …”

“While driving and making a turn or stop and go the vehicle will not accelerate when peddle is pressed it will go about 20mph go into limp mode until you can get to a safe place to shut off engine and restart vehicle; The vehicle is at the Dealer now waiting on diagnostics report, No warning lights or code messages showing, Auto is Dangerous to my family and other drivers this happen approximately 4 times since I own this vehicle just purchased 8/4/2026 19000 miles Under manufacturer warranty”

The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact had not experienced a failure.”
