“I am submitting this complaint regarding the handling of a safety recall on my 2023 Genesis GV80. During an approximately seven-week service visit at an authorized Genesis dealership, I was verbally informed that the applicable safety recall had been completed. Based on my subsequent interactions, Genesis Corporate also appeared to believe the recall had been performed. However, the recall was not documented on my repair order and was ultimately completed later by a different authorized Genesis dealership (Genesis of Weatherford). …”
