Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“My engine light came on, I took it to the service center where I purchase the vehicle. They state it is a evaporative emission canister purge pump. They state the part is on back order due to many vehicles having the same faulty part. I contacted GMC, they state the part is not available at this time. Secondly the park assist was recalled to be fixed. That part is also on back order and not available at this time.”
