““Service Driver Assist System” message appears every time I turn on my truck. Vehicle would randomly break when driving at slow speeds and show the forward collision alert even if no objects/ car are approaching or being approached. I am concerned about my safety because those sudden hard-breaks could cause an accident.”

NHTSA complaint #11729845, filed 2026-04

“Truck thinks I’m about to run into something and slams on its brakes. Last time it sent my sister to the hospital to get 6 staples in her head. Digital cluster goes on and off as well as the infotainment center. Transmission bangs and shifts horribly. 900 miles on the truck with a check engine light and transmission warning.”

“My truck braked for a vehicle that was parked on the side of the road. This vehicle was not in my lane or hazardous in any way. I was traveling at highway speed 55 mph and truck braked to 30 mph approximately with no pre warning this has not happened before or after. The truck has about 26k on it.”

NHTSA complaint #11705288, filed 2025-12

“On December 26th 2024, I was travelling 5 mph or less while pulling into a parking space at a restaurant. As I let the steering wheel return to center, my hand hit the Resume button on the left side of the steering wheel and the vehicle immediately began to accelerate. I was able to step on the brake to prevent the vehicle from hitting the wall of the restaurant. The next day on December 27th, 2024, i was able to duplicate the problem. I had set the cruise at 55 mph before I came to a stop at a traffic light. …”

“1st time Complete failure on my 2024 engine without warning. As I was traveling on the interstate. All of sudden, I lost all power. Mt truck started slowing down on its own. It was very difficult getting out of the way of on coming traffic. Dealership replaced values. 2 months later. Again on the Interstate engine complete failure again. Now take it to dealership. This time I heard a ticking noise. Right after the ticking noise. Engine stop working. Same situation. Trying to get out of the way of traffic. I was stranded over 3 hours.”
