“Lost power at 60 MPH on 5 lane freeway on 6% grade with no warning when turbo charger variable vane got stuck. Had to navigate through 2 lanes of trucks to get into the emergency parking lane. Computer limited me to 15 MPH. Computer designed to do this. No accident happened due to some very courteous truck drivers. It seemed like a safety issue to me, but don't know if it is important enough for your to investigate.”
