“The blinker randomly stops alerting. The blinker will still flash but the audio will cut off and stop working randomly. I have brought this to my local GMC dealer, whom I bought the car from, twice now with no resolution. The service department can’t figure out what is causing the issue. I have video evidence upon request.”
NHTSA complaint #11684156, filed 2025-08“The chest clip button is not difficult to open. The chest clip is a button on this carseat instead of a buckle. My child, who will be 2 years old this month, has been able to unbuckle the chest clip for months now. I am concerned if an accident occurs and the chest clip is unbuckled, he will get seriously injured.”
NHTSA complaint #11612023, filed 2024-09“The front drain tubs of the sunroof are not installed properly and It leaks inside the vehicle the carpet on the car is always wet after raining or when I take it to the car wash, but is not just little water is a lot what is getting inside and I don’t want any electric part get damaged we just buy the vehicle and is frustrating been paying a vehicle’s almost $80,000 with this problem”
NHTSA complaint #11548952, filed 2023-10“The infotainment screen on my 2021 GMC Yukon was previously replaced at the GMC dealership, and this will be my second replacement. It has now cracked even though there was only very light contact. This doesn’t seem like normal wear and tear. I’d really appreciate it if the screen could be inspected, as I suspect there might be a manufacturing issue with these screens. I’m quite concerned about this problem because it almost caused injury to my six-year-old. Please understand my worries, I’m sure many other parents are facing similar concerns with these screens. …”
NHTSA complaint #11748320, filed 2026-07“10 speed transmission It’s been at the dealer for a month and they checked it today. Same issues as the mass recall Dash alert for reduced speed drive with caution. It was extremely dangerous because it malfunctioned on curvy winding roads”
