“While driving at 20 MPH consumer drove across a rail road crossing. After crossing the track consumer felt that vehicle needed a front end alignment. Upon closer inspection of the underside of the vehicle it was determined that the frame was cracked on passenger's side near the upper control arm. Dealer confirmed the location of the crack, but would not assist the consumer in fixing the problem.”
NHTSA complaint #10061286, filed 2004-03, 28,000 miles“Vehicle experiences a vibration problem while traveling 65mph or more and it causes the vehicle to be pulled to the left, dealer has tried many solutions to remedy the problem, 3 sets of tires have been changed (different brands and sizes), steering knuckles, drive line balance, and rotations have been done and the problem still exists, possibly a suspension problem.”
