“I constantly get the frontal crash not available warning the navigation picks up on conversations stereo freezes navigation screen has been blank no map data visible screen will not change from daylight to nightime anymore (I have taken the vehicle twice to the dealership and have it repaired then it happens again) when driving the vehicle will randomly brake and says something is near when there is nothing close”

NHTSA complaint #11643353, filed 2025-02

“We were driving on the highway when the service lights came on along with the check engine light started flashing. The truck sounded like it hesitated a little, but the lights turned off and it drove his normal. We exited the freeway as we were close to home came home, parked it turned it off and turned it back on to test it, and it hesitated to turn on so we took it straight to the dealership where they repeated the issue. We left it there. …”

NHTSA complaint #11723372, filed 2026-03

“As I was driving the automatic emergency brakes went off and stopped me so hard and fast that I feel like I got whiplash. The seatbelt yanked me backwards, smacking my head against the headrest, I have an instant headache from it and my neck and shoulder still hurt 20 minutes later. It scared me and my child half to death, my heart was pounding and I could have been rear ended. I was driving about 40mph and was in no way in any harm/needing to break (specially this hard) for anything when this happened. …”

NHTSA complaint #11749056, filed 2026-07

“I have had problems with the navigation system where the screen goes blank. The radio is not responding and screen is black. When turning on the signal light you can't hear it. The speed limit in my town is 25 and after an update from the dealership it now says 55. I get an alert saying frontal crash not available atleast once a month. There are times when we are driving and we get the red alert as to detecting an object and there is nothing there. Parking assits does not work all the time.”

NHTSA complaint #11685248, filed 2025-09

“aside from constant electrical issues with the serial gateway module that gm refuses to replace many safety features fail regularly most importantly this replacement yukon for the 2023 with engine issues also has engine issues and the same 6.2L engine. When leaving my home and or driving on any decent up or downhill road and coasting the vehicle will misfire and trigger the MIL to flash. I’ve taken it into the dealer many times for this and in the end they say it’s a software problem with AFM disabling 5 cylinders. …”
