“The driver's side front power window in my 2004 Honda Civic will not immediately close when I pull up on the toggle switch to close the window. I either pull the switch many times, over and over, until the window closes, or I have to leave the window open.”

NHTSA complaint #10384254, filed 2011-02, 78,000 miles

“At approximatly 3pm, sunday afternoon, I washed my Honda Civic hybrid. When the cold water hit the front windshield the windshield cracked from top to bottom. The Honda dealer examined the crack the following week and did not find any stone damage. But, the factory rep indicates that since there is 33,000 miles on teh car and it is more than one year old, Honda will not pay for any replacement. I feel that this is a design flaw and not he result of prior damage.”

NHTSA complaint #10126066, filed 2005-06, 33,000 miles

The vehicle was taken to the dealer but the were unable to determine the cause of the problem. The consumer also experienced problems with the vehicle's stereo and gear system.
