“The contact owns a 2024 Honda Civic. The contact stated that the front driver’s side headlight assembly had experienced water intrusion, and the headlight failed to illuminate as needed. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who replaced the headlight assembly, and the vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the due to the water intrusion into the headlight assembly, the body control module failed to operate as needed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 11,000.”
