“i was driving my 2023 crv hybrid which is well maintained and has only 73200 miles i was only driving it for 10 min when the cylinder gas kit has blown out and vehicle went into limp mode and power has dropped luckily no one was behind and i pulled over.”

NHTSA complaint #11753541, filed 2026-07

“At least two times I can recall after starting vehicle and shifting into reverse the car moved forward instead of reverse. I applied the brake and tried again, but the same thing happened. At that point I shifted into park, turned the vehicle off, and restarted it. After doing this and shifting into reverse the vehicle backed up normally. Fortunately I did not hit anything. Additionally another incident occurred where I was changing lanes to make a left turn at approximately 40 MPH the steering became very heavy and I was briefly unable to steer to change direction. …”

NHTSA complaint #11626708, filed 2024-11

“On 1/6/24 I started my 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport (5,500 miles) and every warning light on the dashboard (brakes, tires, check engine) was on. The error messages displayed said emissions system problem, avoid heavy acceleration & high speed . It repeated this message for the power brakes, power steering, ABS, hybrid system, and all of the ADAS systems. Took to the dealer and they reset the codes and it drove normally. Problem re-occurred on 1/8/24, same symptoms. Dealer stated the wire harness for the radar camera needed to be replaced, it was replaced under warranty. …”

NHTSA complaint #11567291, filed 2024-01

“The power steering of the vehicle is malfunctioning while driving on the freeway. The steering feels like it gets “stuck” and doesn’t correct itself. Even if the car goes out of the lane, it maintains its position and doesn’t correct itself. Thus, One has to add force to correct the steering. The dealership has confirmed the issue and has estimated that the parts will arrive by April 2024.”

NHTSA complaint #11561762, filed 2023-12

“Yesterday, temporarily, the car would not move when placed in gear. It was parked in our car port. Everything seemed to be normal until the car was placed in reverse (R). Pressure on the gas pedal produced no response. Putting the car in drive (D) also produced no response. All the settings seemed normal, no brake lock engaged etc. Powering the car off and then back on did not improve the situation until about the third attempt, when spontaneously the car resumed normal functions. …”
