“I was driving normally, and a car was coming up to a stop sign from my right side on a completely different road and the car jerked and the brakes automatically applied to the car and the dash blinked “BRAKE” for a brief moment. I’ve had the car for awhile and it has never done anything like that. Some days the blind spot doesn’t work either, when I know there is a car next to me the light on the mirrors and the beeping does not activate.”

A further inspection revealed my CV Joint was broken. I did not hit anything to cause the CV joint to be broken. Also the departure lane was not activated”

It frooze entirely, wouldnt go up, wouldnt go in reverse, just stayed on but would not move. After several attempts I was able to go back a little and move to a side and then I was able to drive up the road. This was the 2nd time this has happened so I asked the service shop at the dealer to check in driving the same road. …”

Since I purchased the vehicle, I have experienced recurring warning messages stating: Collision Mitigation Braking System Problem - See Your Dealer and Road Departure Mitigation System Problem - See Your Dealer. I brought the vehicle to the Honda dealer and reported these problems. The dealer scanned the vehicle and told me that no fault codes were found. Despite this, the problem has continued. On one occasion, while driving at approximately 5 mph, the vehicle unexpectedly applied the brakes on its own. …”
