“My 2024 Honda HR-V has a jerky steering problem when I drive on the freeway is when it happens a lot specially when going in a curve. When my steering wheel gets stuck it causes my Honda to swerve and its dangerous because I don't want to hit a car next to me. I took it to the Honda dealer 3x and they keep telling me nothing is wrong.”

Each time I call, I am simply told that the parts for the repair are not available and they don't know when they will be available.”

And in order for the vehicle to drive straight, the steering wheel has to be tilted to the right. I have seen identical complaints to this on reddit and people share my concern. It is available for inspection depending on the needs to assess this issue. …”

An incident has not happened yet but it makes me uneasy to drive bc at times I have to jerk the steering wheel which can potentially cause over correcting. There are not any warning lights and the vehicle is available for inspection upon request”
NHTSA complaint #11560331, filed 2023-12“Recall Number: 24V-744 Honda Campaign Number: MJU Service Bulletin Number: 24-118 I received the recall notice today and immediately contacted the dealership. I was told that it would be August before they would be able to fix it. They don't have the part and don't know when they will be getting the part. This is well beyond the 60-day requirement stated in the bulletin, so I am lodging a complaint as the bulletin instructed.”
