Example complaints

“My 2020 Honda Passport was recalled to replace the two side mirrors in May 2023. I took my vehicle to Autonation Honda Dulles, VA to have the recall performed. After the recall was performed I was driving home when the glass on both side mirrors fell out. I take the car in for a safety recall and the work performed by the dealer is substandard in completing this recall. This could have led to a catastrophic incident. I had to return back to Autonation Honda to have the work done properly.”
