Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Electrical system makes a glitching noise as if it wants to start something. Lights go on, then about 5 minutes later the alarm goes off. My alarm has been going off now for the last 18 months and cant seem to find the issue. All over the Honda pilot boards they say it is the OEM Anti-theft Locking Smart Control Module Honda Pilot 2016-18 / 38320-TG7-A420 part that needs replacing. It is a faulty part and costly and a know problem. Please look into this as it is expensive to replace.”
