“While driving yesterday the service high voltage system light came on again. I have brought my vehicle to Honda 2 other times for the exact same issue. They fix whatever the issue is and the problem happens again. That last time it was about a month after bringing it to them but this time is has been 3 possibly 4 months but I have have the car less than 1 year.”
NHTSA complaint #11732303, filed 2026-04“First of all, my Honda app took me a month to get into and sign in due to app issues which are very annoying and when I drive my car and turn the wheel, it makes axel sounds my screen shut off on me. One time I got a high voltage system warning the battery drains out quick. The door hits the other door every time you open driver side”
NHTSA complaint #11712785, filed 2026-01“When reversing in a dark or low light area I can't see behind the vehicle on the backup camera display. It seems like there is no night vision and the reverse lights don't illuminate behind the vehicle enough to see in the display or the rearview mirror. I've almost backed into objects because you cannot see behind the vehcle.”
NHTSA complaint #11722433, filed 2026-03“I have had multiple occurrences where as I'm accelerating into a turn at normal /slow speeds the traction control activates and my vehicle almost comes to a stop almost causing an accident with the vehicles behind me. This was on dry pavement and not heavy acceleration so the traction system should not have activated.”
NHTSA complaint #11722435, filed 2026-03“I had the same issue that prompted a recall of the 2024 prologue, screens went completely black while I was driving on the interstate around 8 pm. The black screen spontaneously resolved after about one minute. That was really scary not having important operating info such as my speed and my GPS directions!”
