“2019 Honda Ridgeline. Consumer writes in regards to issue with wheel alignment. The consumer stated the vehicle was manufactured without the adjustment mechanism within the ball joint control arm. This prevents an alignment from being performed.”

The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the contact was informed that the parts for the recall repair was on back order after the mechanic disassembled parts of the vehicle. The dealer declined to provide a loaner vehicle. The manufacturer was contacted, but no additional assistance was provided.”
