“The contact owned a 2024 Hyundai Elantra. The contact stated that while stopped in traffic on a three-lane highway, another vehicle with a distracted driver crashed into the rear driver’s side and side-swiped the vehicle up to the front driver’s side door of the contact’s vehicle at approximately 50 MPH and pushed the contact’s vehicle into rear-end of the vehicle in front, causing that vehicle to spin around on the highway. The vehicles came to a stop after the impact. The contact stated that the air bags failed to deploy. …”
