“The contact owns a 2009 Infiniti FX35. The contact stated that the fuel gauge was providing inaccurate fuel levels sporadically. The contact was concerned because he was always unsure as to how much gasoline was actually in the vehicle. The dealer inspected the vehicle and could not determine the cause of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,000 and the current mileage was 13,000.”
