“In november of 2019, while driving my son to school. The passenger door locks wouldn't allow the door to open. He had to climb over my seat in order to exit the vehicle. The door has not opened since. I've called several Infiniti dealers since last nov and they all have referred me to a body shop to fix the problem. All 3 body shops I've contacted had no idea how to fix the problem or how to get the door open without doing major damage to the vehicle. …”
