“Battery keeps draining. I had to jump it couple times and today I jumped it, everything came back, but the car won't start. It flashes 'warning key system'. The car is at the Infiniti dealer now. They will call me tomorrow with the info about what's going on with the car. This is a beautiful car!!!! Infiniti please fix these problems.”
NHTSA complaint #10593793, filed 2014-05, 46,000 miles“After 3 days parking in garage, the battery was drained. We hooked up a battery charger. The dashboard lights flashed a few times and then the electrical system completely shut down. The car went totally dead. None of the buttons was working, not even the trunk lid. Similar situation happened before, but the car was able to start by jumping. We will contact the dealer today. There must be some design or manufacturing faults. Infinity should provide answers and take remedial actions.”
