“I received a recall notice in october indicating that my vehicle is not safe and there is the possibility of metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants causing serious injury or death. My families life and safety is in jeopardy. My vehicle is my primary mode of transportation and used for transportation to/from work and to transport my family. I have been patient, not allowing passengers in my front seat for months. It is now the end of february, over five months have passed and nothing has been done to correct the life threatening defect in my car. This is not acceptable! …”
