“While accelerating, the driver switched the vehicle from manual shift mode to automatic. The driver noted a significant increase in measured RPM via the tachometer as if the vehicle jumped into a lower gear or failed to find a gear. The driver noted that the rear tires lost traction, causing the car to turn towards the left. Shortly after, the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed. Consumer stated he was turning into the entrance ramp when the vehicle fish tailed causing it to flip.”
