“The hood of my vehicle is raised on the upper right side. It was a small opening but now it has gotten bigger. I'm afraid that the entire hood may come off at a high speed. I also have rust spots on the top of my car close to the sunroof. I use Infiniti of the Palm Beaches for all of my services and have reported both concerns and was told it was normal wear and tear. I have owned many cars and never had the problems that I've had with a vehicle.”
