2019: “Dear NHTSA, my automatic emergency braking system warned and autobraked my vehicle during my normal driving without any signs of emergency - no cars are in front of me along the whole street. Luckily, no one was hurt. My webcam caught it. If possible, please put attention to this case as all the owners are in danger. It seems that I cannot upload videos but I will be very happy to provide it as an evidence.”
NHTSA complaint #11328824, filed 2020-06, 10,000 miles2017: “The car drifts all over the highway at normal highway speeds. It is as if I am always fighting a strong wind. It is very distracting and dangerous. Seems like anything over 60mph is very challenging to keep between the lines. I took it to the dealer on 2/01/2020 and was told that this is normal for these sports SUV's. They all do it. Very discouraging. This was noticed about 10,000 miles ago and seems to be getting worse. The car has 43,000 now”
NHTSA complaint #11309460, filed 2020-02, 23,000 miles2020: “-display screen completely black, buttons would work, radio would work, heated seats would work, AC would work but absolutely nothing on the screen. I did not bring the vehicle in because I thought 'that was weird' and it would just go away. Upon starting the car the next time, everything was normal. -severe condensation inside vehicle windows. Condensation was so severe that water was actually dripping from my windshield onto the dashboard and dripping from the sunroof onto my seat. …”
