“there are multiple issues with the aforementioned vehicle and I have brought it to the dealership multiple times, but they stated that although Infiniti is aware of the issues they do not have a fix. When it rains out the locking mechanism fails on the vehicle and I am locked out of the vehicle. In addition to that, on multiple occasions, I place the car in park when I come to a stop and the vehicle does not stay in park. It goes back into drive. There is an overheating issue with the wireless charging pad. …”

“I have brought my Infiniti QX60 in twice related to sterp & Bluetooth for hands free phone calls. They first did a firmware upgrade. I have had intermittent problems and reported to them. I actually had same model as a loaner they gave me and radio and Bluetooth phone connection would not work. I drove to the dealership and showed them. They have put the blame on my new Samsung phone as causing these issues. Asked to explain and they couldn't. They would not change out control boards so get radio and hands free phone calls as I drive many miles a month.”

NHTSA complaint #11573716, filed 2024-02

“I've had multiple instances of electrical shorts with the vehicle resulting in the sonar system setting off warnings while driving on the highway and having to be replaced twice; the driver mirror shorted and had to be replaced; for a period of months, I would put my belongings in the passenger seat of my vehicle and by the time I got to the driver side of the vehicle, it would lock on me, or I would put it in the back seat, and by the time I exited the driver's side door, the back left door would lock on me (fortunately it was just a work bag and not a child) because the left door lock…”

NHTSA complaint #11694243, filed 2025-10

“I purchased a new 2023 Infinity QX60 in Nov. of 2022. I had the vehicle for less than 2 months when the dashboard lit up with a shifter warning/malfunction while driving my kids to school on 2-8-23. I pulled over and stopped the vehicle to see what was going on. A shifter malfunction warning displayed. I was able to put the car in park but unable to put the shifter back in drive. After numerous tries, the vehicle shifted into drive after restarting the car. Was able to drive the vehicle straight to my local Infinity Dealership. I arrived prior to 7:30am and was promptly assisted. …”

“The contact owns a 2023 Infiniti QX60. The contact stated that while driving approximately 15 MPH, the message to Pull Over Safely was displayed and the vehicle stalled. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was later towed to the local dealer who diagnosed that the starter and electric fuel pump were faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 38,000.”
