“When taking off from a dead stop sometimes the vehicle pauses and moves very slowly enough to get you in the front of on coming vehicles, and then will not exceed over 10 to 12 MPH which takes up to 30 to 45 sec. Or more. I narrowly escaped a semi truck hitting me on the drivers side pulling out of our local post office. On several occasions I have needed to yank the vehicle off the road so as not to get rear ended in traffic. …”

“The 2014 Infiniti QX60 shudders (or bucks) moderately to severely after re-applying the gas after cruising/rolling at 20 MPH with RPM at approximately 1,000. This happens to me repeatedly (every day) because my house is at the top of the curve of hill. As I approach the driveway at the top of the hill, I cruise and then re-apply the gas to drive up the driveway. The car shudders (bucks) as I drive up the driveway. If I gas it and get the rpms up, it stops. I bought this car used (1 year old) at 14,700 miles on 11/1/14. The day I drove it home, the scenario occurred. I have called the dealer. …”

NHTSA complaint #10667480, filed 2014-12, 14,700 miles

“Purchased car 11/2013 new from dealership. Within three months, front passenger side air bag light began coming on even though a passenger was in the seat. This has occurred on & off ever since. There has been no pattern distinguishable -- no correlation between weight of person, in car when/when not started, nor how long light has stayed on or if it did go off after >3min. …”

NHTSA complaint #10701558, filed 2015-03, 3,500 miles

“After 4 days we bought a new QX60 2014 the passenger front door does not open from outside or inside a few days after the dealer solved the problem but now after 8 months this happen again. How many times have to repair it?”

NHTSA complaint #10650919, filed 2014-10, 229 miles

“I took it in for recall R21B4 to be reprogrammed and problem fixed. The problem still persist as I’m driving the vehicle loses all driving power which is dangerous while it has happened to me while driving on the express way. Infiniti is telling me i need to bring it back in to have my vehicle checked out and wants to charge me 186$ when the recall clearly states that the problem is the recall”
