“F pace incident while traveling east on I-80, just past the hirschdale exit, a sudden rocking of the car occurred on entering an upgrade curve while passing a truck at about 65 MPH. It was thought to be a possible blown tire and we changed lanes trying to get to the right-hand (upgrade) truck lane. As we continued uphill in the truck lane, the rocking or shaking of the steering continued and we were afraid of losing control of the car. We then reduced speed to about 50 and put on the emergency flashers. …”
