“Approximately one year ago, my vehicle experienced a high voltage system failure requiring a repair of approximately $7,000 out of pocket. The recall now identifies a defect in the same system. I am requesting an engineering review to determine whether my prior failure is connected to the defect described in H570/H572 and whether reimbursement is warranted.”

“Main batter has a recall for fire hazed which Jaguar is not fixing. Car gave a battery warning while driving but luckily, I was able to get home before it completely failed. Dealer will not fix the main battery which is the cause of the issue but want me to pay $4000 for a air conditioning issue they say caused electrical failure yet the battery is known to be faulty.”

“When braking the car jumps then brakes, the electrical system flickers sometimes and it won’t go into gear. If not used for a couple days a warning comes on. This has happened 2 times despite buying a new battery is what the dealership said it needed. Now it’s in the shop again for the same thing and not once did they tell me about the recall and now charging me for the software updates from the recall”

NHTSA complaint #11732918, filed 2026-04

“My Jaguar I pace has been at the dealership since September, when I received the original 441 update. After receiving the update it no longer charged and continued to have the battery fault notice. I have been told an additional update was coming and has recently been applied, however that update repaired only the fact that the vehicle is not charging, it did not repair the electrical fault. …”

“we are still waiting for a fix for the battery problem in this car. How long do we have to wait. This problem has already caused a safety concern, as well lost of function (less battery charge),accelerated depreciated value of ownership. How long do we have to wait?”
