“I am having a persistent issue with this vehicle involving the lane keep assist and pedestrian collision sensor. This issue has been present since purchasing the vehicle in December of 2021. I have had it in to two separate dealers a total of 6 times with no solution yet. The issue occurs when traveling down the road above 35 with the active lane assist enabled. …”
NHTSA complaint #11631608, filed 2024-12“Everytime I drive my vehicle all the ADAS lights go off and start dinging. I then reset the ones I can in the vehicle settings and drive to my destination. I shut off the car and when I come back and start it all the lights come back on again. This has been happening since I purchased the vehicle a year ago with under 40000 miles and Jeep didn't help me and refused to fix the issue. I have made multiple complaints to Jeep and my local Jeep dealership and they have been no help.”
NHTSA complaint #11740458, filed 2026-05“My family's n is safety was at risk daily ,do to fear of the electric system being off ,changing speed and directtion of car falsely. 2Continuly lights sources in panels on at night , unable to turn off . navigation pulling vehicle off lane ,to opposite side of road in rain sleet heavy snow . Stays stuck on after air bags diddnt deploy in accident, caused by nav control and engine lag ? Jeep after I had it in MacDonald motors bridgeton Maine, the seller . 2x in first months . NHTSA complaint #11650958, filed 2025-03“Upon start up of my vehicle I noticed my center display for speed, etc had turned itself to Spanish, but my radio was still in English. My forward collision warning, Lane keep assist, auto emergency braking, and front collision avoidance had all turned themselves off, and my auto park brake had turned itself on. After contacting a dealer they stated they had several complaints and to just turn them back on/off. Having these safety features turn themselves off can provide a fall sense of safety and cause accidents.”
NHTSA complaint #11529354, filed 2023-06“Several incidents with the screen/safety features. Have had it in for service several times and it is either stated that it needed an update or nothing was found to be wrong. Two times the radio was replaced. I am into the third year of my lease and there are still intermittent problems -- one being that my backup camera alert did not go off and i ended up backing into a car that came out of no where. Also, have gone to back up and pedestrian warning did not work which could have been a real issue if I had not seen the pedestrian. …”
