“I bought my Jeep Compass latitude 2022 brand new for a dealership in november of 2021. Since then my random dashboard lights have come on and off, the call has stalled numerous times all relating supposely to the batteries going bad. I had both batteries changed less than 2 years. I feel there is an issue that needs to be addressed”

“At night the backup camera is extremely dark and very dangerous when backing up at night. I almost backed over my son who was walking behind my car. It's way too difficult to see. The dealership said everything is to spec. I've seen many online complaints about this.”

NHTSA complaint #11551102, filed 2023-10

“I found a bolt head and a washer laying on my garage floor. After looking under the vehicle, it broke off from where the right side front cross member mounts to the bracket that attaches to the vehicle body. I took the vehicle to the dealer, they said the bolt was on back order and had no time frame when it would be available. They said that the vehicle was safe to drive because there were five other bolts holding it to the body. The dealer kept the bolt head and washer.”
